Mystery in Hanover Park: Red Egg-Shaped UFO & Strange Kite-Like Shadow

I have always been captivated by the sky, constantly scanning it for anything out of the ordinary. On a clear afternoon in Hanover Park, Illinois, an extraordinary event unfolded before my eyes. The pale blue sky stretched endlessly without a single cumulus cloud to mar its expanse. Suddenly, I spotted a red, egg-shaped object moving steadily westward. At first, I thought it might be a red party balloon. But this object hovered too high and was too distinct in shape and color for that to be plausible.

Following closely behind was a second apparition—an unusual structure resembling an old-fashioned box kite, yet not solid. Both the egg-shaped object and this kite-like form maintained the same altitude, gliding silently across the sky. The whole spectacle lasted about 15 seconds.

Then, without warning, both objects simply disappeared. They did not descend; they did not pass behind any clouds. They vanished altogether, leaving no trace or explanation. Despite the possibility that these could be ordinary objects, I have never witnessed anything like this before—an eerie experience that remains etched in my mind.
