Mystery Blobs Flashing Over Belleville Sky in Diamond Formation

One chilly night around 11 PM, I stepped outside for a smoke and my eyes caught something unusual in the southern sky over the bay near Belleville, Ontario. There, hovering very low, were four luminous blobs—greenish to bluish in color—that reminded me of scattered lights like a dancing aurora borealis. Their shape hovered somewhere between a glowing orb and a blurry disk, arranged quite precisely in a diamond formation.

Each of these strange blobs flashed independently three times, each flash lasting between three to five seconds, but never in unison, creating an eerie, rhythmic dance of light. The entire phenomenon lasted barely a minute before disappearing without a trace, utterly silent, contrasting sharply with the familiar sounds of nearby aircraft or helicopters I usually hear from the Air Force base.

Positioned just a finger’s width above the tree line across the bay between Belleville and Prince Edward County, these mysterious shapes were unlike anything I’ve ever witnessed in over five years living here. The silent spectacle was mesmerising and baffling, leaving me intensely curious and questioning what unseen forces might be at play in our skies. For those fascinated by unexplained aerial phenomena, this bizarre, fleeting event offers a tantalizing glimpse into the unknown.
