Blinding Light Over Saskatoon: A Mysterious 10-Second Encounter

One quiet Thursday night in Saskatoon, my wife and I were settling the horse for the evening when I noticed something unusual in the northern sky. Around 10 PM, a brilliant light moved swiftly from west to east, unlike anything I’d ever seen before. My wife thought it might be a plane, but the light was far too bright and moved much faster than any aircraft we’d known. At first, I assumed it was a satellite — a plausible explanation given its speed — but this light outshone any satellite I’ve ever witnessed, glowing with an intensity that was almost unnatural.

I watched intently for about ten seconds, fascinated and a little unnerved. Then, briefly looking away to share my observations with my wife, I turned back and was stunned: the light had vanished without a trace. We scanned the sky, but the dazzling glow had disappeared as quickly as it had appeared. This sudden disappearance defied any easy explanation.

The speed and brilliance of that light convinced me: whatever it was, it was no ordinary aerial object. It was a fleeting, electrifying moment that sparked a deep curiosity and left me questioning what secrets our skies might still hold.
